Celebrations Help / Frequently Asked Questions

How do I make an album?
    1) Request that a Celebrations packet be mailed to you by calling 520-573-4353, or by downloading the forms here and mailing them to Tucson Newspapers: 4850 S. Park Avenue, Tucson, AZ 85714 or fax them to (520) 573-4294.

    2) If you submit your forms by mail, fax or internet, you will be contacted by a sales representative for further information.

    3) Your album will be created based on the information given. The sales representative will send you an album key and password, which you will use to administrate your Celebrations album.

    4) Log in from the home page of Celebrations using your album key and password. After you are logged in, you can edit your album by adding photos and captions to your slideshow, stores and links to your celebrations registry list (only applicable to weddings and baby albums), and post messages to your guestbook. You can also use the administration tool to email your album key to friends and family so they can view the full album and post messages to your guestbook.

What is a registry list?
A registry list is a list of retail stores (with web links, if you know them) where you are registered for gifts. For example, if you have a wedding registry at Target and Crate & Barrel, you may use this list to direct people to those registries.

How does the guest book work?
The guest book is like an internet message board - any family member or friend that has your album key can post messages to you - commenting, or congratulating you on your celebration. As the administrator of your album you can delete any messages in addition to posting them.

Do I have to buy an announcement in the newspaper to get an online album?
Yes, the online album is a part of the newspaper package.

How do I edit my album?
Enter your album key and password into the fields on the Celebrations home page or any of the pages that ask for it.

I lost my password. What do I do?
If you lose your password, please contact celebrations@tucson.com or call (520) 573-4353.

Can I change my online album photo?
Yes. As the administrator of your album, you can upload photos for your slideshow and select which one you want as the front page photo for your album.

How many photos can I have in my slideshow?
The slideshow is limited to twenty (20) photos.

How do I find a friend's album?
Go to one of the celebrations category pages (weddings, births, etc) and use the form to search announcements. You can search by first or last name, or the date of the celebration.

Can I print my album?
You can print the album only through your using web browser's print capabilities.

What are the celebrations categories?
