50th ANNIVERSARY
July 3rd, 2008
Homer and Nila Tegart celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary July 3, 2008. They were honored with a dinner at the Voyager Catalina Room with all of their families in attendance. The couple were married July 3, 1958 in the old Florence Courthouse where 45 years lateer they renewed their vows in the same room of the courthouse at the marriage of their granddaughter, Krystal, who wore her grandmother's wedding dress. Homer a WWII veteran, retired from management of a glass installation business in 1992. Nila retired in 1998 from a 30 year career as a nurse. They enjoy cruising in their screaming yellow '06 Ford Mustang.
They are blessed with son, Clifford (Becky), daughter, Pam (Terry), ten grandchildren, Jennifer, Danny, Kimberly, Jon, Joshus, Krystal, Kaitlin, Kailah, Justin and Krystin and seven great-granchildren, Lizzie, Ariana, Nilea, Kaylie, Blake, Mia and Colton all of Tucson.
