Ruth Barnett Crawford was 95 on March 14. She was born in Wellsville, KS, to J.R. and Cora Barnett. She moved from Paola, KS to Tucson in 1998, living now at The Fountains. She was happily married to Irwin Crawford from 1937 until he passed away in 1976. Her two sons, Charles (Charlotte) and Loren flew in from Kansas City to surprise her. Her daughter, Ann Merwin, and husband Darrel live here. Ruth has five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
