Dr. Johnnie D. Lown
Congratulations to Dr. Johnnie D. Lown who received a doctorate in Bible Studies from Anderson University School of Theology in Camilla, GA.
Dr. Lown is a 1973 graduate of Catalina High School.
After attending Pima Community College he enlisted in the U.S. Army and served in the Special Forces for 13 years. He saw duty as a medic in Haiti, Africa and Beliz. It was during this time that he earned a bachelor’s degree in Bible Studies from Anderson Theological.
In November the family celebrated Dr. Lown’s achievement in Fayetteville, NC. His proud parents are John and Lynn Lown of Tucson.
