Rose Verbout Phelps

Rose Verbout Phelps was awarded the degree of Doctor of Physical Therapy from Marymount University, Arlington, VA, presented at DAR Constitution Hall, Washington, DC, on May 11, 2008. She was named "outstanding graduate" of the doctoral class.
The daughter of Edward and Marie Verbout, Rose is a Tucson native, a graduate of Tucson H.S., St. Philip's College, San Antonio, TX, and Fayetteville (N.C.) State University. She and her husband, Evan Phelps, J.D., are the parents of three sons, Fredrick, Raymond and Peter.
Rose's future plans include work in the field of research or pediatrics.
