The State of Arizona To The Above Named Respondent: Carlos Jesus Torres. YOU ARE HERBY SUMMONED and required to appear and defend in the above entitled action within TWENTY (20) DAYS, exclusive of the date of service, if served within the State of Arizona, or within THIRTY (30) DAYS, exclusive of the date of service, if service is made without the State of Arizona. If service is made by publication, service is complete THIRTY (30) DAYS after the date of FIRST PUBLICATION and you must appear and defend within THIRTY (30) DAYS thereafter. In order to appear and defend, you must file a proper response or answer in writing with the Clerk of this Court, accompanied by the required filing fee. Failure to do appear and defend will result in a judgment by default being rendered against you for the relief requested in the Petition.
