Initial measurements and first workout

I had my first workout with Peder today. The worst part was having to take my first measurements. He had to measure the fat in different areas of my body (thighs, stomach, back, arms and hips) to calculate my body fat. We also did a starting weight. The workout was fairly easy. We did a full body workout, only doing 2 sets of each exercise with low weights. I feel good, but not overworked. This isn't going to be as bad as I expected. :)

Current Body Fat: 27%, Body Fat Goal: 20-22%
Current Weight: 149
Pant Size: 10

Peder is most concerned with my body fat percentage. We will use this to determine how well I am doing, rather than the weight. Because I am doing weight training as well, I could start gaining weight as I gain muscle.

I am just trying to eat healthier at this point. I have cut out all dressings, cheese, desserts, soda and fast food. I think this will help a lot.
