First tough workout

Today was my first workout with Peder where he really pushed me - and it felt great. There were times when I wanted to stop because it was really hard, but he wouldn't let me. We did a lot of work on my legs today. The lunges and squats were the worst. I had to go up stairs to get back to the office, and it hurt so bad. I was walking like I had just gotten off a horse, and the women in the office were giggling as I passed by. I am already sore, but it feels so good. I have more energy, even though I just spent an hour at the gym. I'll let you know how I feel tomorrow.
