So sore

Today I hurt so bad. It hurts to walk, sit, bend over - oh my. I knew as soon as I woke up that I was going to be in trouble. I don't workout at the gym today, which is a good thing because I don't think I could have. Even though it hurts, it feels good knowing that it is working. I wouldn't be this sore if I wasn't working my muscles. My target fat areas are thighs, butt and stomach. The lunges and squats really help these areas. I have also been doing crunches at each workout, but I still get sore. I started with 3 sets of 15, and yesterday I did 3 sets of 20. I want to stop when it hurts, but Peder keeps pushing me, and I am so glad he does. I can't wait to start seeing results.
