Today I met with Sandy to discuss my communication skills. My first lesson is on listening. Not listening to others, as much as listening to your inner-voice. My assignment is to listen to myself for the next week. I need to observe how moody, reactive, defensive and "right" I am, and what I say to myself in these situations. I will let you know next week what this means.
