Love those lunges!

The most difficult exercise for me so far has been the lunges. Peder has me doing walking lunges, 15 lunges up and back, 3 sets. The first set isn't too bad, but by the third set I can feel my legs shaking. This is a great exercise for your legs. I will be doing these once a week during my lower body workout. Yes, you will be sore after doing 3 sets of these. :)
