Dinner last night was great. I found that even though Peder gave me the ok to eat, I didn't overeat. I had a small piece of lasagna, a large salad and some steamed veggies. I was hungry, but I have been working too hard to waste it. I've found that I don't want to eat the fast-food anymore because it just isn't worth it. You have to burn 3,000 calories to lose a pound, and that isn't easy.
