I am so happy that I got an early start on my resolution. I just finished my 5th week of training, and I feel great. I haven't lost a lot of weight, but I can tell a huge difference in my energy levels. For those of you starting out today - don't give up, and get a personal trainer if you can. I know that I would have already quit if it wasn't for Peder at Performance Fitness. He pushes me much harder than I would push myself. When I want to stop, he encourages me to work harder. I also enjoy the variation I get from working with a trainer. My workouts are different each week. We work the same muscles, but we don't do the same exercise every time.
