It is the new year, and I can already see the changes on msn.com. Diet and Nutrition information is all over the place, you can't miss it. I did find one article that I thought was interesting. It was about changing your eating habits without actually dieting. They suggest things like not skipping breakfast, eating protein with every meal and not eating complex carbs with your evening meals. I think I have mentioned these things before, but I think it is important enough to mention again.
