I'm having a hard time getting enough protein throughout the day, so Peder suggested that I try a protein drink with my breakfast in the mornings and for my afternoon snack. I have tried a couple products, but haven't found anything I like yet. Yesterday I bought some individual packets of Myoplex Lite in different flavors. Hopefully I will like one of these. I tried a vanilla powder this morning. It didn't really taste bad, it was just really thick, kind of like eggnog, and I didn't like that. I am going to bring my blender in to the office and try mixing the powder with a little fruit. Hopefully that will help with the texture. I will let you know when I find a product I can recommend. For now, keep eating your chicken and fish.
