First day of travel

It's tough eating healthy on the road. I had oatmeal and a protein shake this morning before I caught my flight. Luckily I only had an hour flight to San Diego. I had my peanuts and water on the plane. For lunch I went to this health food store down the street from the office and had an all natural turkey sandwich. It was actually pretty good. We went out to Sushi for dinner. I don't think I could do any healthier than that. :) Not too bad for my first day. I am trying to locate the gym on the hotel map now so I can get some exercise in before the day is over. I want to make sure I can fit those size 7 jeans at the end of the week.
