I feel like I gained five pounds today. We didn't have time for breakfast this morning and were in meetings until 1:00. Then they brought pizza in for lunch. Not good for my diet. I need to do some extra workouts this week. Peder did give me one day a week were I can have something I'm craving, such as pizza or eegee's. He said it should be Saturday, and followed by a workout the next day. Hopefully this won't do too much damage.
