Early morning workout

I was surprised that I wasn't the only crazy person down at the fitness center at 5 o'clock this morning. I did 30 minutes of interval training and another 30 minutes of upper body weight training. I definitely can't miss a day with the way I've been eating this week. Now I need to get some oatmeal and a protein shake. :)
