Sorry, but I just had to add this. Ric and I are Steelers fans, and the game today was so exciting. I feel like I got my cardio in from all the jumping out of my seat and yelling. Peder may not agree, but I'm sure my heart rate was elevated the entire 4th quarter.

On Thursday I had a meeting with my boss to review my comp plan for 2006. He took this time to tell me that he's noticed significant changes in my professsionalism and my attitude. It felt great to hear from an outside source that I am making improvements that will affect my career in a positive way, and that I look great. I feel more energetic and more confident. My goal is to move to outside sales within the next couple years, and I think this will be a significant step.
