I knew going into this that I wasn't going to have the results I wanted. Being out of town for a week really set me back. Even though I was still getting my cardio in, I wasn't eating well and I wasn't getting in enough weight training. I'm trying not to let this get to me. I only lost 1 pound, but my body fat percentage has gone down.
