My poor legs :)

Today we spent 45 minutes working on my legs. We did everything from lunges to leg press. I can already tell that I will be hurting tomorrow. We have exactly 2 weeks left before the reveal so we are pushing it hard. I've increased my cardio and decreased my carb intake. I already feel less energetic.
