Today was a lazy day at home with the baby. I mostly cleaned the house. Not much fun. I did take an hour for my workout while the baby was down for a nap. I leave near a high school, so I walked there and did laps around the baseball fields. I decided to try jogging just to see how far I could go. This was really hard, I lasted less than 4 minutes.
Once I finished my laps I did walking lunges across the field. This felt great. I did forget my sunglasses, so I started getting a headache towards the end. By the time I walked back to the house I had spent a full hour working out, and it didn't even feel that long. I have my new ipod that I take with me on all my walks now, and that really helps. Nothing brings down a workout like commercials.
