I love the Steelers and look forward to having people over for the game. Unfortunately my makeover ends 2 days after the Super Bowl, so I can't stray from my diet. I've decided to BBQ Chicken and Steak to keep things a little healthy. Not ribeye unfortunately, since it is such a fatty steak - which is what makes it so good. While chips, dips, and wings are a must, I will have to show some self control in not grabbing something each time I walk past the table. I've already prepared my guests for the fruit and veggie trays.
