Another day of torture for my legs. We spent the entire hour on legs and abs. Fun stuff. We did a couple of new exercises today. The first was single leg lunges, using a bench. The other was the single leg press. Both were pretty hard. It definitely gets harder throughout the workout because my legs get tired. Sometimes they shake, and it hurts to stand up again.
But I keep on pushing and it gets better. My abs are definitely getting stronger, but the exercises are still hard. Even now, after nine weeks of working out, it is still hard for me to do my third set of crunches.
