The end of the makeover is one week away, and I am a little nervous about keeping this up on my own. It has been pretty tough so far, but I've had other people supporting me and really pushing me through it. I hope that I can keep it up once I am out of the spotlight. I'm working really hard this last week to finish strong. I'm really watching what I eat and working out harder. The last thing I want it to be disappointed once this is all over.
