Back, chest and arms

We continue with the second workout of the week, working mostly on upper body. I can definitely tell a difference in my arms, especially triceps and biceps. I also wanted my arms to look tone, and I am finally getting there. At this point I need to accept the fact that I am not going to look perfect for my after pictures. My stomach still has some fat, you can't see any of the muscles yet. My arms are a little tone, but I still have work to do. I can tell a difference, but I need to keep working once the makeover ends to get where I want to be. Ten weeks is a short timeframe to expect perfection, so for now I need to be happy with where I am, and where I know I can get given more time and commitment.
