No one wants to go to the gym on Saturday, but I had to fit in my interval training at Performance Fitness. The same routine as before except that the first two intervals were increased to 2 minutes at 6.0 on the treadmill with 4 minutes at 3.6. This was really hard for me - 2 minutes is a lot longer than 1! We finished up with stretching. I will be working out on my own again tonight to try to burn some extra calories before my reveal next week.
