The Central Arizona Water Conservation District ("CAWCD") is soliciting Statements of Interest and Qualification (SOQ) for Construction Manager at Risk Pre-Construction Services for Pima Mine Road Recharge Improvement Project in accordance with Contract Documents C1026. SOQs will be received by the Contracting Officer until 3:00 P.M., MST, April 15, 2010. SOQs submitted by mail shall be mailed to CAWCD Contracting Officer P.O. Box 43020, Phoenix, AZ. 85080-3020. SOQs submitted by courier shall be delivered to CAWCD Contracting Officer, 23636 North 7th Street, Phoenix, AZ. 85024.
