How do I subscribe to the Arizona Daily Star or Tucson Citizen?

How do I report a missed delivery?
We guarantee home delivery of the Arizona Daily Star by 6 a.m. Monday through Saturday and by 8 a.m. on Sunday.

If your paper does not arrive by these times, please call our Circulation Customer Service Department toll free at 800-695-4492 and report a missed delivery. To receive a replacement paper, your request must be received by the following deadlines:
  • Arizona Daily Star by 9 a.m. Monday through Saturday and by 1 p.m. on Sunday.
Replacement papers are not guaranteed outside of the Tucson area. E-mail or phone our Circulation Customer Service Department toll free at 800-695-4492 for further information.
Do you offer mail subscriptions?
We're happy to provide subscriptions by mail for those who are interested in keeping in touch with Pima County. You can sign up for regular mail delivery or military APO/FPO mail delivery online at our EZAccess Customer Service Center.
