+ About Tucson Nurses Week FoundationThe Tucson Nurses Week Foundation is a non-profit organization established for Arizona nurses. Since 1994, the Foundation has been committed to educational activities supporting nursing growth in our community. In 1997, the Foundation initiated a monetary award supporting the growth of professional nursing knowledge. In 2008, we granted $2500 through multiple Clinical Nursing Practice Project Awards. Tucson Nurses Week Foundation began providing scholarships in 2001 for nursing students to attend our annual conference. This project award will be granted to a Tucson area Registered Nurse who's proposal focuses on a clinical question or nursing practice within their setting. |
